Our commercial signage options include light sign boxes or fascia signs, pylons and specialty jobs. We have many styles of awning which include waterfall, monterey, Georgian, quarter round, Yorkville, slant face, entrance and walkway canopies and custom, all which can be backlit to create a sign that stands out by day or night. Our signs can be used in either interior or exterior applications. We also do re-covers. We can apply your prepared graphics before we install the job or will also just ship.

Illuminated Fascia Sign Boxes

We do fascia signs and illuminated fascia sign cabinets with an acrylic face.We use extruded aluminum cabinet and frame components, high output fluorescent lamps and ballasts, the best brands of translucent vinyl and acrylic.Whether it is a face sign or an illuminated face sign you can be confident the “Awnings by Sundance” has the experience. Furthermore we guarantee all of our work, meaning you can really count on our 26 years of manufacturing experience. We install or just ship.

Awnings

Our awning is made with welded tubular metal frame covered with either a fabric or vinyl. Our framework is only made from Galvalume that is formed, bent and welded to create numerous shapes, slopes, projections and curves. Galvalume is lightweight and rust resistant.We can cover the backside of the awning, which enhances the lighting. It also provides a clean look if the back is visible in the location it is installed.Awnings and canopies can be internally illuminated (backlit). A valance is optional with different styles available. Our track is custom designed exclusively for Awnings by Sundance.                                                                   

Some of the fabrics we regularly use:

• Laminated vinyl fabric (Awnshade, Weblon, Patio 500 etc.)
• Solution dyed woven acrylic (Sunbrella, Tempotest, etc.)
• Cotton canvas either natural or coated with acrylic (Pee Gee, Gulfstream)
• Cotton canvas either natural or coated with vinyl (Calabana)
• Coated polyester fabric (Avenue, Mainstream etc.)
• Coated vinyl fabric (Naizil Enduro, Ferrari, Shelterite, Vintex, Naizil etc.)
• Eradicable products include Signtech, Cooley, Eradilite

We can use any product available for custom jobs:

• Vinyl is water resistant and repellant
• Heat seaming is an option for waterproof or backlit application.
• A wide variety of colours are available.
• We can provide custom paint colours
• Custom prints vinyl is available.
• Flame retardant material is available and must be specified.
• Fabric warrantees vary from material to material.
• Our custom designed track holds eggcrate, acrylic or mesh panels to provide a finished look to the ceiling.

We apply graphics accurately. We are experts at applying your graphics on awning fabric and acrylic for sign boxes. We do eradication.

Sewing Department  

We have a full-service sewing department that can create patterns, does the cutting and sewing. Our sewing shop staff has vast experience in producing custom awnings and canopies from various types of fabrics. Our experienced staff takes the finished awning fabric covers and stretch them onto frames making a taut, great looking awning ready for installation. They provided the quality assurance check on your product before it leaves the factory.
